Where necessary, travel expenses and accommodation allowances will be added to bookings. Any such costs will be clearly outlined in both the contract and the invoice to ensure full transparency.

We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. However, due to the specialist nature of our performers, equipment, and preparation time, the following policies apply:

Cancellation Policy:

• Within 7 days of the event: Any cancellation is subject to 100% payment liability, covering both the performer’s loss of earnings and agency administration costs.
• Within 24 hours of the event: If a booking is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or severe weather, performers remain entitled to full compensation for their scheduled work.

Payment Policy:

• A booking is only confirmed once the agreed deposit or full payment is received as stated in the contract.
• All payments are due according to the terms outlined in the invoice and contract.
• Travel, accommodation, or additional expenses (if applicable) will be clearly listed and must be settled in line with the invoice.

We are proudly based in central Preston at the historic Oyston Mill, now known as Strand Road Works. From this central location, we coordinate bookings and performers across the UK and the British Isles.

Yes – all of our performances are fully covered. We can provide Risk Assessments, Public Liability Insurance certificates, and any other required documentation upon request.

Please let us know in advance when you need these documents, and we will forward them promptly for your in-house safety officer to review.
