These terms explain the expected use of GigFinder OS by agency users, performers and approved portal users.

Account Access

Access is provided only to approved users. You must keep your login details secure and must not share your account with another person. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact the relevant agency immediately.

Accurate Information

Users are responsible for keeping profile details, documents, contact information, booking details and uploaded files accurate and up to date.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not access, copy or use data unless you have a legitimate work reason.
  • Do not upload unlawful, misleading, harmful or irrelevant files.
  • Do not attempt to bypass permissions, access another agency's records or interfere with the portal.
  • Do not use the portal to send spam, harassment or unauthorised marketing.

Performer Applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, bookings or work. Agencies may review, accept, reject or remove performer profiles according to their own business needs and safeguarding requirements.

Booking And Payment Records

The portal may store job details, agreed fees, invoices and payment records. The portal is an administration tool and does not replace written contracts, tax advice, employment advice or professional accounting advice.

Availability

The portal may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, hosting issues, updates or technical faults. Users should keep appropriate business records and backups for critical operational information.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the portal develops or as legal and operational requirements change.
