We may collect contact details, event details, performer information, agency application details, uploaded images or documents, and messages submitted through our website forms.
Why We Store It
We store submitted details so we can respond to event enquiries, review performer applications, manage agency representation, process event applications and keep relevant business records.
Consent On Forms
Forms that collect personal details include a required consent checkbox. Submissions should not be accepted unless the visitor confirms that Wolf Entertainments may store their details for agency representation and event applications.
Access Controls
Access to portal data should be limited to approved users who need it for legitimate agency work. Agency records are intended to be separated so each agency account can only access its own clients, performers, bookings, invoices, documents and applications.
Secure Transmission
The live website should use HTTPS so information submitted through forms is encrypted while travelling between the browser and the server.
Uploaded Files
Performer images, public liability documents, risk assessments and other uploaded files may contain personal or business-sensitive information. These files should only be accessed by authorised users and should be removed when they are no longer needed.
Retention And Deletion
We should keep personal data only for as long as needed for enquiries, applications, representation, event administration, legal obligations and business records. You can contact us to ask about data held about you or request deletion where legally appropriate.
Breach Response
If personal data is accidentally exposed, lost or accessed by someone who should not have access, we should investigate quickly and take appropriate action. Some personal data breaches may need to be reported to the ICO within 72 hours.
