Lawful Bases
Depending on the situation, personal data may be processed because it is needed to perform a contract, take steps before entering into a contract, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate business interests, protect security, or because consent has been given for a specific optional use.
Sharing Personal Data
Personal data may be shared with authorised agency users, performers, clients and suppliers where needed to manage bookings or provide services. Data may also be shared with hosting providers, email providers, payment/accounting providers, professional advisers, insurers or regulators where necessary.
We do not sell personal data. Marketing data should only be used where there is a lawful basis and any required consent has been obtained.
Data Retention
Records are kept for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, including account management, event delivery, dispute handling, tax/accounting requirements, insurance, legal obligations and legitimate business records. Old or unnecessary files should be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.
Your Rights
Depending on the lawful basis and circumstances, individuals may have rights to access their personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict processing, object to processing, request data portability and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Requests can be sent to hello@wolfentertainments.co.uk .
Security
Access should be limited to authorised users. Passwords should be stored as hashes rather than plain text, accounts should not be shared, hosting should use HTTPS, and documents should only be accessed by users who need them for legitimate work.
International Transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where this happens, suitable safeguards should be used, such as adequacy arrangements or approved contractual protections where required.
Complaints
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern. Individuals in the UK also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if they are unhappy with how personal data has been handled.
Changes To This Policy
This policy may be updated as the portal, legal requirements, hosting arrangements or business processes change. The latest version will be shown on this page.
