These Terms of Use apply to anyone who accesses Wolf Entertainments, including agency owners, agency staff, performers and approved users. By using the portal, you agree to use it responsibly and only for legitimate entertainment agency, booking and event management purposes.
Approved Users
Only authorised users may access protected areas of the portal.
Secure Use
Users must protect login details and only access information they are allowed to view.
Business Records
Bookings, invoices, documents and profiles should be accurate and lawful.
1. About The Portal
Wolf Entertainments is a business management portal designed to help entertainment agencies manage clients, performers, jobs, enquiries, quotes, invoices, documents, schedules, banking records and related administration.
2. Account Access
- You must only use the portal if you have been given permission to do so.
- You must keep your login details confidential and must not share your account with anyone else.
- You are responsible for activity carried out using your account.
- You must tell the agency or portal operator if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not use the portal to upload, store, send or process anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, malicious, discriminatory, fraudulent or unrelated to legitimate business use. You must not attempt to bypass security, access another agency’s records, interfere with the portal or introduce malware.
4. Agency And Performer Responsibilities
Agencies are responsible for checking that their client, performer, booking, quote, invoice and payment records are accurate. Performers are responsible for providing accurate profile, availability, invoice, document and performance information where applicable.
5. Bookings, Quotes, Invoices And Payments
The portal may help generate or manage quotes, invoices, job briefs and payment records. These records are administrative tools only. Users remain responsible for checking that prices, taxes, payment terms, banking details, contract terms and legal obligations are correct before sending or relying on them.
6. Uploaded Content And Documents
Users must only upload files they are allowed to use and share. This may include images, videos, insurance documents, risk assessments, contracts, invoices and job briefs. Users must not upload files that breach another person’s rights or expose confidential information to people who should not receive it.
7. Data Protection And Confidentiality
Users must handle personal data and confidential business information responsibly. Client, performer, financial, booking and document data must only be accessed and shared where there is a legitimate reason connected to the work being carried out.
8. Availability And Changes
The portal may be updated, changed, interrupted or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, hosting, technical issues or security reasons. We aim to keep the portal useful and secure, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
9. Suspension Or Removal Of Access
Access may be suspended or removed if a user leaves the agency, no longer needs access, breaches these terms, creates a security risk or uses the portal in a way that may harm other users, agencies, clients, performers or the service.
10. Intellectual Property
The portal design, code, branding and structure belong to their respective owners. Users keep ownership of their own uploaded content, but grant the relevant agency and portal operator the right to store, display and process that content as needed to provide the portal services.
11. Liability
The portal is provided as an administrative tool. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information entered by users, missed checks, third-party hosting issues, external email delivery, incorrect contracts, incorrect invoices or unauthorised sharing by users.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
